Vintage Cellar makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state outside of Virginia.
The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order with Vintage Cellar, I authorize Vintage Cellar to act on my behalf to engage a common carrier as a delivery service for my order.
This order is not being placed for, on behalf of, or at the request of, anyone who is employed by the State in which this order will be delivered.
